Pre-Departure Training & Development
Our Motijheel training centre delivers comprehensive preparation across skills, language, and compliance — certified by MoEWOE, BMET & RMMRU, supported by Switzerland & Helvetas Bangladesh.
Trade-specific coaching including welding (FCAW 3G), construction trades, factory operation, and caregiver procedures — aligned to employer specifications.
Basic language coaching in Malay, Korean, and Arabic to help workers communicate effectively in their destination country from day one.
All workers are briefed on their rights, contract terms, employment laws of the destination country, and how to seek help if needed.
Workers preparing for departure can stay at our in-house dormitory at Motijheel — safe, supervised, and close to documentation offices.
Our on-site canteen provides meals for workers during the pre-departure period, supporting comfort and focus during preparation.
Structured classroom sessions cover cultural orientation, safety at work, financial literacy, and post-arrival support contacts.
Certification
Capacity Building Certified
Our training programmes are certified by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment (MoEWOE), the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET), and RMMRU, with capacity building support from Switzerland and Helvetas Bangladesh.
This certification ensures our training meets international standards and that workers are legally compliant and fully prepared before departure.
