39 Notarised Power of Attorney Agreements
Between October 2025 and January 2026, AAA Trade International received 39 notarised Power of Attorney documents from Korean shipbuilding and heavy marine engineering companies — all in the Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do shipbuilding zone, Republic of Korea. Each document is attested at the Bangladesh Embassy, Seoul.
Each Power of Attorney formally grants AAA Trade International sole authority to:
- Arrange, prepare, sign and deliver all contracts and documents for recruitment of Skilled Welders in Bangladesh
- Arrange passports, E-7 visas, mobilisation, and travel to South Korea
- Complete all formalities required by the Immigration Office and Ministry of Affairs of both Bangladesh and the Republic of Korea

E-7 Visa Welder Recruitment Process
All Korean deployments follow a strict compliance process to ensure full legal clearance from both Bangladeshi and Korean authorities.
Notarised POA Received & Filed
Korean employer grants POA to AAA Trade International, attested at Bangladesh Embassy, Seoul.
FCAW 3G Certification Verified
All candidates must hold valid FCAW 3G (Flux-Core Arc Welding) certification to international shipbuilding standards.
Pre-Departure Training
Korean language basics, safety training, and cultural orientation at our Motijheel facility.
BMET Registration & Emigration Clearance
Full government clearance through BMET and emigration authorities before departure.
Airport Reception — South Korea
Workers arrive on E-7-3 Designated Skilled Worker visas with coordinated reception at Korean International Airport.
