Approval is obtained from relevant government departments. Advertisements are placed in local newspapers to attract top talent. Resumes are collected and shortlisted based on qualifications and relevance.
We arrange a dedicated venue for interviews by job category. While we advocate for candidate selection by employer representatives, should we be delegated this responsibility, we guarantee meticulous and timely selection aligned precisely with the employer's unique prerequisites.
Selected candidates undergo trade-specific skills coaching, language preparation, destination-country cultural orientation, and a full briefing on workers' rights at our Motijheel facility — which includes a dormitory, canteen, and dedicated classroom space.
Workers undergo BMET-approved medical examinations. We coordinate full BMET registration, emigration clearance, and visa processing — ensuring every candidate meets all legal and health requirements before departure.
Our team provides hands-on airport assistance in Dhaka for all departing workers. We also coordinate with our overseas partners to ensure smooth arrival reception at the destination country.
Our responsibility does not end at the airport. We maintain ongoing communication with deployed workers and employer HR teams to resolve any issues promptly — ensuring smooth, long-term employment relationships.
