19 Letters of Authorization — Malaysia
AAA Trade International holds formal Letters of Authorization from 19 Malaysian companies across manufacturing, construction, and services sectors. Each letter formally states that AAA Trade International is the sole authorised attorney to handle all manpower processing — and that no one else is permitted to process or issue circulars under those approvals.
These authorizations are issued under the Malaysian Foreign Worker Centralised Management System (FWCMS), operated by the Ministry of Human Resources (Kementerian Sumber Manusia), and cover approved FWCMS Quota References for specific numbers of workers.
Each Authorization Grants AAA Trade International:
- Full authority to process all worker recruitment documentation on behalf of the employer
- Sole attorney status — no other agency may process under the same quota
- Exclusive handling of FWCMS quota allocation for the approved number of workers
